Repentance

Biblical definition, metanoia, turning from unbelief and sin and then towards God.

The prodigal son gives us an example of repentance. Luke 15:11-32. Repentance is making things that are wrong, right. It is being sorry enough to change. Repentance is Gods love language. For God so loved us, we love Him back through repentance.

Repentance is not being sorry for our sins or regretting what we have done to ourselves and towards others, it is understanding the cross and Gods grace and knowing we have sinned against Him and turning away from them.
